Whether in view of historic experience or present condition, raising market nature degree should be one of the core contents of the exploitation of western China. Comparatively backward market system has become bottleneck of economy development, therefore we should improve the basic resources-allocation function of market system from the respects of market bodies and market objects and administration behavior.
