摘要
目的探讨超声并结合中西医治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法选取2007年4月12日～2008年8月24日入住我院并接受治疗的急性阑尾炎患者40例,所有患者均为疑似急性阑尾炎患者,将所有患者按照入院顺序编号,然后随机抽取编号,抽到者为观察组,其余为对照组,每组患者20例。对照组采用传统治疗方案进行治疗,观察组采用中西医结合治疗。手术15 d后对两组患者的诊断准确率、满意度及治愈率进行统计。结果对照组患者满意度、诊断准确率、治愈率分别为87.5%、90.0%、84.4%,观察组患者满意度、诊断准确率、治愈率分别为97.5%、97.5%、97.0%。结论超声并结合中西医方案治疗效果更好,可以进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrative medicine in the treatment of acute appendicitis. Methods From April 12, 2007 to August 24, 2008 selected 40 cases of patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital. All patients were numbered according to the order of admission, and then randomly selected the number of patients to get them into the observation group, and the remaining patients to the control group. Each group had 20 patients. The control group was treated with traditional treatment regimens, and the observation group was treated with integrative medicine and ultrasound therapy. After surgery for 15 days, made a count on the diagnostic accuracy and cure rate of the two groups.
