摘要
子宫肉瘤为间叶细胞肿瘤,是罕见的女性生殖器恶性肿瘤,其诊断率低、恶性程度高、预后差。近年来,子宫肉瘤的发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势,而其术前确诊方法、治疗及预后因素的研究一直是学者们关注的焦点。本文在发病机制、临床病理学特征、诊断、治疗与预后因素等方面对近年来国内外文献进行总结,期望能为子宫肉瘤的临床诊治提供借鉴。
Uterine sarcoma is a kind ol mesencnymal tu.J.~ o tic rate, high malignant degree and poor prognosis. In recent years, the morbidity and mortality of uterine sarcoma is on the rise, and scholars focus on the research of its preoperative diagnosis methods, treatment and prognostic factors. In this paper, we summarize the literature at home and abroad about the pathogenesis, clinical pathological features, diagnosis, treatment, prognostic factors and so on in recent years, hope to provide the reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of uterine sarcomas.
