摘要
目的探讨前臂以人工血管动静脉内瘘术建立永久性血液透析通路的并发症及处理方法。方法自2008年2月～2012年8月,对48例尿毒症患者以e-PTFE人工血管行前臂动静脉内瘘术建立永久性血液透析通路,对其术后出现的并发症进行临床分析。结果手术均成功建立内瘘,术后并发症16例,发生率达33.3%,分别为人工血管栓塞10例,心功能衰竭2例,肿胀手综合征2例,血清肿1例,假性动脉瘤1例。结论前臂人工血管透析通路有一定的并发症,积极正确地处理有利于延长人工血管内瘘的使用寿命。
Objective To explore the complications and treatment of permanent vascular access by artificial vessel graft in forearm. Methods From February 2008 to August 2012, 48 urinemic patients undertook e-PTFE artificial ves- sel graft in forearms as a permanent vascular access for hemodialysis. The clinical complications of the accesses were analyzed after operations. Results All the operations could establish the arteriovenous fistulas successfully. But the complications took place in 16 eases after the operations. The morbidity was 33.3%, including the embolisms of the artificial vessel in 10 cases, heart failure in 2 cases; swollen hand syndrome in 2 cases; seroma in 1 case; false a- neurysm in 1 case. Conclusion The Complications might happen in vascular access by artificial vessel graft in fore- arm. The proper management can prolong the service time of the graft.
