摘要
目的 分析探讨胃肠减压在不同方式胃切除手术后的应用效果.方法 比较我院2009年6月~2012年5月诊治的90例使用不同方式胃切除手术的患者手术后胃肠减压下的胃液量和胃肠相关功能恢复情况.结果 不同胃切除手术方式,患者胃肠减压的时间不同,且患者胃液量、腹胀程度、胃管拔管的时间不同（P ＜ 0.05）;但患者恶心程度与肛门的排气时间没有明显差异（P ＞ 0.05）.结论 不同胃切除手术方式会在一定程度上影响胃肠减压的时间,因此可以根据胃切除手术的方式选择合适的置管时间.
Objective To analyze gastrointestinal decompression in different ways gastric resection application effect. Methods Analysis and comparison from June 2009 to May 2012, diagnosis and treatment of 90 cases of using different ways of gastric resection in patients with gastrointestinal decompression surgery of gastric juice quantity and gastrointestinal related function recovery. Results Different gastric resection in patients with gastrointestinal decompres- sion way, time is different, and patients with gastric juice quantity, abdominal distension degree, stomach tube tube drawing time is different （P 〈 0.05）; But patients sick degree and anal exhaust time no obvious difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Different gastric resection operation method will influence the gastrointestinal decompression of the time, so it can be according to the stomach surgery way to choose appropriate catheter time.
