血清超敏C反应蛋白与非手术治疗慢性牙周炎伴冠心病的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血清超敏反应蛋白在慢性牙周炎伴冠心病(CHD)患者中的表达及其对预后的影响。方法选取137例慢性牙周炎伴CHD患者,按是否接受牙周非手术治疗分为治疗组和对照组,分析菌斑指数(PLI)、齿龈沟出血指数(SBI)、附着丧失(AL)和牙周探针深度(PD)及血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平在两组中的差异,并对所有患者进行1年随访,观察两组患者在首次发生主要心血管病事件的发生率上有无差异。结果经牙周非手术治疗后,治疗组患者的PLI、SBI、AL、PD均低于对照组(P<0.01),hs-CRP低于对照组(P=0.0003),而且治疗组患者1年内首次主要心血管病事件的发生率也低于对照组(P=0.0349)。结论 hs-CRP对慢性牙周炎伴冠心病患者的预后有着重要的影响。 Objective To explore the expression of high sensitivity c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients of chron- ic periodontitis with coronary heart disease and the influence to prognosis. Methods A total of 137 patients of chronic periodontitis with coronary heart disease were divided into treated group and control group, according to whether re- ceived non-surgical treatment or not. The difference of Plaque index (PLI), bleeding index (SBI), attachment loss (AL), probing depth (PD) and serum levels of hs-CRP between two groups, and the difference of incidence rate for the first time happening major cardiovascular events in follow-up visit of a year in patients of two groups were ana- lyzed. Results The value of PLI, SBI, AL,PD (P 〈 0.01) and serum levels of hs-CRP(P = 0.0003) in treated group patients were significantly lower than that in control group ones, and the incidence rate of first time happening major cardiovascular events of patients in the treated group was lower than that in the control groups(P = 0.0349). Conclu- tion Hs-CRP was an important affection to the prognosis of chronic periodontitis with CHD.
