摘要
随着图书馆服务观念的转变,人们建立了图书馆服务质量评价模型——LibQUAL+,该模型能有效识别和确认图书馆服务质量的影响因素并制定相应策略以提升服务水平,真正体现图书馆以人为本的服务理念。以LibQUAL+为工具,分析了当前我国大学图书馆服务质量存在的突出问题,并提出了相应的改进措施,同时还探讨了利用LibQUAL+进行图书馆服务质量评价的可行性。
Along with the transformation of library's service concept, library's service quality evaluation model, LibQUAL+ , has been built, which can make effective identification and confirmation of the factors influencing library' s service quality and formulate corresponding policies to improving the service level and really embody library's people- based service concept. Taking LibQUAL+ as the tool, this paper analyzes some prominent problems existing in university library's service quality in China, and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures, and probes into the feasibility of carrying out library' s service quality evaluation by using LibQUAL+ .
