以职业咨询作为MBA学生个性化职业指导工作的一个非常重要的方式,对于帮助MBA学生做好职业生涯规划,提升求职综合竞争力,完善MBA培养体系,意义重大。结合MBA生源特征和需求特点,在对MBA职业咨询的内涵、必要性进行分析的基础上,对MBA职业咨询的内容、模式和实施步骤进行设计和演示,并就MBA职业咨询存在的问题提出改进建议,谋求建立有MBA培养特色的职业咨询工作体系。
In order to give MBA students with personalized vocational guidance, Career Counseling is a very important way to help the MBA students for career planning, enhance comprehensive competitiveness, improving the MBA training system. Combined with the feature of MBA students, and the characteristics of the demand, on the basis of the analysis of the connotation and the necessity of the MBA career counseling, design and presentation to the MBA career counseling＇s content, mode and implement steps, and puts forward improvement advice to the MBA career counseling problems, seek to establish a work system with MBA training characteristics of career counseling.
