摘要
世界经济形势的快速变化以及高校招生规模逐年扩大,给毕业生的就业带来了严峻的挑战。形式单一、内容局限的政策性、观念性的就业指导教育已不能满足广大毕业生的需求,他们渴望在职业生涯规划与求职技巧等方面取得进一步的指导。这就需要专业课教师在大学生就业指导教育模式上大胆创新,结合社会需求对毕业生进行就业指导教育。改革与建构高校就业指导教育模式,不但是毕业生实现自我价值的途径,也是高校提高就业率的有效方法。
The rapid change of the international economic situation as well as the yearly enlarging enrollment of universities has posed serious challenges to graduates, which contributes to the failure of the unitary, limited policy-oriented and concept-oriented employment guidance for our graduates. What our graduate＇s desire most is the further guidance on career planning and job-hunting. Against this backdrop, the specialized course teachers should rise to the occasion, innovation of employment guidance models and integration of social demands with graduates＇ employment education must be made. It wilt lead to not only the success of our graduates but also the rising employment rate of our universities.
