Objective To investigate the clinical nursing of painless induced abortion guided by B ultrasound. Methods One hundred and thirty-eight patients who wanted to terminate pregnancy and were all ruled out of ectopic pregnancy admitted into our hospital from October 2010 to October 2011 were selected and evenly divided into research group and control group. In the research group, patients were provided with nursing interventions in the whole process, and also implemented with painless abortion guided by B ultrasound. While in the control group, participants were treated by conventional methods. Results The operation time and amount of bleeding in the research group were remarkably superior to those in the control group with a statistical difference (P 0.05). In the control group, there were 2 cases with incomplete uterine aspiration, 1 case with no extraction of tissues, and 2 cases occurred with habitual abortions at later stage. Compared with the control group, operations for patients in the research group were all successful without any undesirable symptoms after treatment. Conclusion The painless induced abortion supervised by B ultrasound can reduce the number of unnecessary operations and avoid the risks due to blind operations in traditional surgery. Meanwhile, the nursing interventions like high-quality communication before operation and postoperative guidance can alleviate patient's unhealthy emotions, reduce the occurrence of infection, and enhance the quality of medical treatment at aims of decreasing the complication rate and ensuring patient's health and safety.
