摘要
信息化是充分利用信息技术,开发利用信息资源,促进信息交流和知识共享,提高经济增长质量,推动经济社会发展转型的历史进程。基于信息化与工业化融合的理念,主要介绍中国信息化发展政策体系的演化轨迹:形成期、确立期、深入发展期和完善期。
Informatization promotes the historical process of economic and social transformation, which is taking full advan- tage of information technology. The paper studies on Policy evolution of the informatization Development in China, based on the integration concept of Infomlationization and industrialization, including the formative period, the es- tablishment, further development and perfection.
