摘要
:为研究锦荔枝清解冲剂对流行性出血热病毒活力的影响 ,采用体内法 (幼鼠感染 )和体外法 (间接萤光抗体 )两种实验方法 ,观察该药物的抗病毒作用。结果显示 ,锦荔枝清解冲剂能抑制病毒在动物体内生长 ,对感染病毒的幼鼠有保护作用。
To investigate effects of Jinlizhiqingjiechongji on epidemic hemorchagic fever virus (EHF virus). Methods: The antiviral effect was conducted by in vivo and in vitro studies in young mice. Conclusions: This drug can inhibit the multiplication of virus in animal. It can protect the mice from the EHF virus infection. The results showed that this drug have anti EHF virus activity.
