摘要
目的提高对干燥综合征(SS)合并强直性脊柱炎(AS)的认识。方法回顾性分析我院2009—2012年收治的5例SS合并AS患者的临床资料和电话随访结果,总结SS合并AS的临床特点。结果 5例患者中4例为女性,临床表现兼具SS和AS的特点,5例患者均出现外周关节痛表现,3例出现高球蛋白血症,3例出现白细胞计数降低,采用抗风湿药物(DMARDs)联合非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs)的方案治疗后,症状均有改善。结论 SS可与AS合并存在,需要仔细鉴别。
Objective To improve the understanding of Sjtigren＇s Syndrome （SS） combined with Ankylosing Spondyli- tis （AS） . Methods Clinical data of 5 cases with SS combined with AS admitted to our hospital from 2009 to 2012 and their tel- ephone follow - up were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the clinical features of SS combined with AS. Results Of all the patients, 4 were female. The clinical manifestation of them combined the features of both SS and AS. All the 5 patients showed pain of peripheral joints, 3 had hyperglobulinemia, 3 had leucocyte decreasing. After being treated with DMARDs and NSAIDS, their symptoms were improved. Condusion SS could coexist with AS, so they need to be carefully identified.
