摘要
介绍湖南省娄底电业局利用电力用户用电信息采集系统对配网低压台区进行线损(计量)异常监测,并有效地降低台区线损,提高效益。分析了多种产生线损异常的现象,提出利用电压电流异常监测、三相不平衡等手段判断和处理低压台区户表、总表计量异常以及线损异常。
With the promotiun of low voltage collective meter reading system, Lou Di city of Hu Nan pruvince uses the power consumption information collection system to monitor the line loss （making ealeulatiuns） in the low vohage distributing network, mean-while, effectively reduces the line loss in the region, and increases the benefit. This artiele introduces various abnormal phenomena of the line loss anti explains how to judge and deal with the calculation abnormality of individual meter and total meter of the low vollage distributing network, anti the abnormality of the liue loss.
