摘要
目的探讨哈萨克族高血压患者血尿酸(UA)、血脂水平与社会支持度的关系。方法 2012年1—8月按整群随机分层法抽取在我院就诊的哈萨克族高血压患者90例为HTN组,同期志愿参加的非高血压患者171例为非HTN组,测定UA、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),使用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评定心理状况。结果调整年龄和体质指数(BMI)后,HTN组中男性TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、社会支持水平和女性UA、TG、LDL-C水平高于非HTN组(P<0.05);HTN组UA与TC呈正相关(r=0.22,P<0.05)。校正年龄、性别和BMI后,社会支持水平与TG、HDL-C呈正相关(r=0.42,0.26,P<0.05),与TC、LDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.44,-0.22,P<0.05)。结论高血压与UA、血脂水平有一定的相关性,而血脂水平与社会支持有一定的相关性,良好的社会支持对预防高血压的发生有着积极的作用。
Objective To study the relationship of blood uric acid （UA） and lipid levels with social support in Ka- zakh hypertensive patients. Methods Kazak hypertensive patients treated in our hospital between January 2012 and August 2012 were randomly selected using cluster stratified sampling and assigned as the HTN group. Non - hypertensive patients treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The UA, triglycerides （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, low - density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL - C）, and high - density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL - C） were measured. The social support rating scale （SSRS） was used to assess the mental state of the subjects. Results Ninety subjects were included in the HTN group, and 171 subjects in the control group. The mean level of TG, TC, HDL -C, LDL -C and social support in males, and UA, TG, and LDL- C in females in the HTN group were significantly higher than those in the control group after age and BMI adjusted （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. UA was positively correlated with TC in the HTN group （ r = 0. 22, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The level of social support was positively correlated with TG and HDL - C （ r = 0. 42, 0.26, P 〈 0. 05 ）, and negatively correlated with TC and LDL - C （r = - 0. 44, - 0. 22, P 〈 0. 05） after age, sex, and BMI adjusted. Conclusion Hypertension is correla- ted with levels of UA and lipid, and lipid level is correlated with social support. Therefore, social support has a positive role in the prevention of hypertension.
