2012年国发2号文件岀台,中央赋予贵州建设"民族团结进步繁荣发展示范区"的战略定位,这是贵州的重大战略机遇。以贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州为例,从国发2号文件岀台的背景入手,分析黔东南州建设民族团结进步繁荣发展示范区的首选目标和根本目标,并提岀对策措施。
Nation no.2 file issued in 2012,the central gives strategic positioning of National Unity Progress Prosperity Development Demonstration Area for Guizhou Province.This is a major strategic opportunities for Guizhou Province.With Guizhou miao and dong autonomous prefecture as an example,the first target and the ultimate goal of National Unity Progress Prosperity Development Demonstration Area at Qiandongnan were analyzed from the background of nation no.2 file.
