摘要
具有高度专一性和高产率的环化反应一直是化学家们研究的热点问题。自由基环化反应由于其反应条件温和、反应持续性强、对溶剂的极性要求不高、反应时间短等优点越来越得到广泛的关注和应用。本文主要介绍了自由基环化的研究现状,重点描述了具有高产率和高选择性的自由基环化反应的研究进展,并对其应用前景及发展趋势进行了展望。
Cyclization reaction has captured much attention for itg high yield and selectivity. Free radical cyclization reaction is of considerable interest conceptually and practically, mainly due to to it＇s mild reaction conditions, strong persistence, low polarity of the solvent and short reaction time. Overseas and domestic research status on radical eyelization were mainly investigated. In this paper, we have present some of the progress on free radical cyclization reaction. Whatg more, we also provide an outlook of the future of it in application development.
