摘要
随着网络技术的飞速发展,旅游供应商的网络直销和在线旅游服务平台时刻威胁着传统旅行社的生存,同时又为旅行社的革新发展带来机遇。本文从旅行社内外价值链分析入手,阐释了电子商务环境下旅行社企业价值链和产业价值链所发生的变化,讨论了旅行社价值链的竞争策略,对电子商务环境下旅行社的业务变革、发展策略等提供可借鉴的思路。
With the rapid development of network technology, direct marketing network of travel suppliers and online travel service platforms are threatening the survival of traditional travel agency, which, however, have brought an innovative development of the travel agency at the same time. Based on the analysis of internal and external value chain of travel agency, this paper illustrates the changes in travel agency business value chain and industry value chain in the e-commerce environment by discussing the competitive strategy of the travel a- gency value chain, in order to provide some ideas for the travel agency strategy, business transformation and system in the e'commerce environment.
