摘要
从饲养、管理、屠宰、保鲜、贮藏、加工管理及流通等方面对山东省生猪饲养、猪肉生产及加工相关产业的风险评估体系及预警体系进行调研,提出存在的问题及相关建议。
The quality and safety traceability system of swine feeding and pork processing in Shandong province were investigated in terms of feeding, managing, slaughtering, freshing, storing, processing and circulation. Existed problems and suggestions were also put up.
