乙烯装置急冷水塔的界位是平稳运行关键的控制参数,对于油水的分离,保证汽油中的水含量,以及稀释蒸汽质量都至关重要。界位的测量一般使用浮筒界位变送器,在实际测量存在一些不足,提出了使用双法兰差压变送器测量差压计算界位的改进方法,详细叙述了实施过程,实际的使用效果。并与浮筒界位变送器测量界位进行优缺点进行比较。
The interface of quench water tower is a very important control parameter for the steady operation of ethylene plant. It's very important to the separation of water and gasoline so that it can reduce water content in the gasoline, and improve the quality of dilution steam. Normally, the interface is measured by displacer transmitter, but in the real situation, some problems may occur. In the article, an improved method that uses capillary differential pressure transmitter to measure and calculate the interface was put forward. How to implement the method and effect of the method were described in detail. And advantages and disadvantages of this method were compared with floating-ball fluid level transmitter method.
