摘要
目的:对两种D-二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)检测方法———乳胶凝集免疫散射比浊法(以下简称免疫比浊法)和乳胶凝集法性能进行比较。方法:采用免疫比浊法和乳胶凝集法同时对200例不同科室的住院患者及50例健康体检人群的D-二聚体含量进行检测,用χ2检验分析比较两种方法的检测结果。结果:两种方法均有良好的特异度;与乳胶凝集法相比,免疫比浊法对D-二聚体的检出率显著增高。结论:免疫比浊法与乳胶凝集法相比具有更高的敏感性,更适合在临床上广泛推广。
Objective To compare the two analytical methods on D - Dimer, turbidimetfic immunoassay and latex agglutination test. Methods D - Dimer of 200 patients from different departments and 50 healthy adult were analyzed by turbidimetric immunoassay and latex agglutination test.X2 test were used to compare the test results of two analytical methods. Results Both of the two analytical methods have a good specificity; compared with latex agglutination test, turbidimetric immunoassay showed a significantly higher detection rate of D - Di- met. Conclusion Turbidimetric immunoassay showed a better sensitivity when compared with latex agglutination test, which should put used widely in clinical.
