摘要
低空无人机航摄平台具有体积小巧、机动灵活、受天气影响小等特点,自推广应用以来,为社会各部门提供了新型的监测技术手段,成为卫星遥感、传统航空摄影的有效补充,对提高测绘成果的现势性、增强测绘应急保障能力、创新测绘服务模式具有重要的意义。湖北省测绘局低空无人机航摄平台先后为全国公安消防系统中部地区应急救援演练、湖北旱情监测、数字城市、城乡规划和新农村建设等提供了应急测绘保障和测绘技术服务,为进一步的应用实践积累了宝贵的经验。
With small size, flexible, limit affected by weather, the application of low-level UAV aerial platform provides new monitoring method for all sectors of society. It is effective com- plement for satellite remote sensing, the traditional aerial pho- tography. It is of great significance to improve the timeliness of surveying and mapping results, to enhance the ability for emer- gency, and to innovate service pattern. The low-level UAV aeri- al platform, belonging to Hubei Bureau of Surveying and Mapping, provides emergency service and technical service in the emergency rescue drill of the nation＇ s section police and fire fighting system, the monitoring of drought in Hubei, digital city, urban and rural planning, the building of new countryside, and so on. It has accumulated valuable experience for further practi- cal application.
