摘要
基于开源三维地理信息系统框架World Wind,设计了堤防管理信息系统的体系框架及功能模块,提供了二三维信息辅助平台以及减灾决策分析工具,为堤防管理提供服务,可供水利水电行业其它地理信息系统的设计提供参考。
The architecture and functional modules of the dike management system based on three-dimension GIS named World Wind is designed. It can provide two and three dimen- sional platform and decision analysis tool for disaster reduction to serve the dike management effectively. It can also provide a reference for the design of other three-dimensional GIS system in Hydro＆Power industry.
