摘要
在系统设计原则的基础上,结合西江经济带现有数据,构建西江经济带规划管理信息系统的总体框架和系统功能模块,并详细阐述广西西江经济带规划管理信息系统的设计、研制与应用实践。解决了数据分析,管理,空间表达,空间数据可视化等问题,为规划管理部门提供了良好的工作平台,促进了有关部门对西江经济带资源的合理规划和布局,同时为西江经济带可持续发展做出了应有的贡献。
This paper demonstrates the design, implementation and application of planning and management information sys- tem of West River Economic Zone on the basis of the principle of the system combined with the current data of West River zone. It solves some problems in analyzing and management of data, and visualization of spatial data. And it provides a conve- nient platform for the Planning and Management department and promotes the rational planning and distribution of the re- sources in West River Economic Zone. At the same time, this system makes contributions for the sustainable development of West River Economic Zone.
