An overview of the design methods of cranio-maxillofacial computer assisted surgery

摘要 计算机辅助外科技术在颅颌面外科手术中的应用能够使颅颌面外科由传统的经验化手术方式向数字化、精确化方向转变,成为这一领域重要的发展方向,因此有着非常广阔而且实际的应用前景。本文对术前诊断、手术方案的优化确定、手术辅助导板设计中一些常用的分析与设计方法进行简要介绍,希望能够为初学者提供参考,从而有助于该技术的推广普及。 The eomputer assisted surgery system, as an important technique in the field of stomatology, is pushing oral and maxillofacial surgery towards digitization and precision. This paper gives a brief intruduction on some analysis and design methods used in the diagnosis, the operation planning and the surgical guide designning. The aim is to offer a reference to help the beginners for the generalization and popu- larity of this technique.
