摘要
13例拔除第一磨牙矫治双颌前突的病例,治疗中拔除1～4个第一磨牙,采用直丝弓矫治技术并根据患者侧貌及拔牙状况设计不同的支抗进行治疗,治疗结束13例患者均达到良好矫治效果,咬合关系良好,软组织侧貌形态良好。对于双颌前突患者,可通过拔除龋损第一磨牙取得理想的矫治效果。
13 cases（4 males and 9 females）with bimaxillary protrusion malocclusion were included. All the cases were treated by 1 to 4 first molar extraction and followed by straight archwire appliance. Suitable anchor was made based on patients＇facial profile and tooth extrac- tion pattern. After treatment all the 13 cases gained satisfactory results, good functional occlusion was established and facial profile was im- proved. With the development of orthodontic technique, patients with bimaxillary protrusion can be successfully treated by extraction of the decayed first molar.
