摘要 选择72例轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡患者随机分组,实验组36例采用Er,Cr:YSGG激光一次性治疗;对照组36例采用西瓜霜喷剂(3次/d)治疗,6 d为1疗程。比较2组受试者的疼痛指数变化、溃疡愈合时间、目标溃疡的逐日愈合率。激光治疗组疼痛指数、溃疡中位愈合时间均小于西瓜霜(P<0.01);溃疡逐日愈合率及有效率均大于西瓜霜组(P<0.01)。Er,Cr:YSGG治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡优于西瓜霜喷剂。 72 patients with light recurrent aphthous ulcer（RAU） were divided into two groups randomly. 36 cases in the test group were treated by Er, Cr ： YSGG laser only once, another 36 cases in the control group were treated by watermelon frost 3 times a day for 6 days. The pain VAS and mean cure time were lower, daily cure rate and effective rate were higher in laser group than in watermelon frost group. Er, Cr： YSGG laser is more effective than watermelon frost in the treatment of light RAU.
