摘要
目的临床微生物免疫学检验实习教学改革。方法编写实习人员培训手册,建立网络虚拟实验室,建设实习人员基本理论和实践能力考试题库,制作操作技能签字式考核表格,对实习人员带教方式和考核方式进行探讨与实践。结果参与教学改革的实习人员实践操作技能明显高于对照组。结论采用规范化培训和签字式考核表格等新举措,可以明显提高实习人员实践操作技能。
Objective To redesign the teaching of practical clinical microbial immunology. Method It included the preparation of personnel training manual,establishing the network virtual laboratory,construction of database for the practical operation and examination, making of skill testing form, and the discussion of examination and teaching methods. Result The technical skill of the persons participating this reform training was significantly improved. Conclusion The newly designed training method can obviously improve the practical skills of the trainees.
