摘要
目的研究c-Met在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法采用免疫组化和实时荧光定量PCR方法分别检测60例子宫内膜腺癌组织和20例正常子内膜组织中c-Met蛋白和c-Met mRNA的表达。结果 c-Met蛋白的表达与子宫内膜腺癌的组织学分级以及肌层浸润深度有关(P<0.05),与年龄、绝经、临床分期、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。c-Met mRNA在癌组织中的表达量明显高于其在正常子宫内膜组织中的表达量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);并且与子宫内膜腺癌组织的分化程度有关(P=0.017)。结论 c-Met的高表达在子宫内膜腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective To study the expression of c - Met in endometrial adenocarcinoma(EC) and its relationship with clinical pathological pamameters. Methods The expression of c - Met protein and c - Met mRNA were detected in 60 endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues and 20 normal endometrium tissues by immunohistochemistry and real - time quantitative reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction ( QRT - PCR) respectively. Results In endometrial adenocarcinoma, the expression of c - Met protein was correlated with histological grade and invasion of deep muscular layer( P 〈 O. 05 ) , but not with age, pausimenia, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P 〉 0. 05). The positive expression of c - Met mRNA in endometrial adenocarcinoma was higher than that in normal endometrium tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.01 ). Moreover,it was correlated with differentiation of endometrial adenocarcinoma ( P = 0. 017 ). Conclusion The high expression of of c - Met plays an important role in the occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
