微螺钉结合片段弓技术内收上前牙的临床研究 被引量:4

Micro-screw with Segmental Arch Technique for En-masse Retraction of Maxillary Anterior Teeth:A Clinical Cephalometric Study

摘要 目的:评估微螺钉结合片段弓技术内收上前牙对上切牙垂直向和转矩控制的效果。方法:选取16例上颌前突患者分为实验组(微螺钉结合片段弓技术)和对照组(微螺钉全牙弓).测量治疗前后的X线头颅定位侧位片相关指标,使用SPSS17.0软件分析。结果:实验组上切牙切缘至RL(通过翼上颌裂点作腭平面的垂线)距离U1E-RL减小7.26mm,阻抗中心至RL距离U1CR-RL减小3.72mm,根尖至RL距离U1AP-RL减小1.23mm,切缘至腭平面的距离U1E-PP增加0.49mm,阻抗中心至腭平面的距离U1CR-PP减小0.19mm,根尖至腭平面的距离U1AP-PP减小0.25mm,上切牙长轴与腭平面交角U1-PP减小11.65°;对照组U1E-RL减小6.18mm,U1CR-RL减小2.94mm,减小U1AP-RL 0.47mm,U1E-PP增加0.53mm,U1CR-PP增加0.27mm,U1AP-PP增加0.28mm,U1-PP减小16.31°。结论:微螺钉结合片段弓技术内收上前牙对上切牙的转矩和垂直向控制较好。 Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of micro-screw with segmental arch technique for en-masse retraction of maxillary anterior teeth. Methods: Sixteen subjects with upper dental alveolar bone protrusion were selected for this study. They were divided into two groups: experimental group (micros- crew with sectional arch technique) and control group (micro-screw with the whole arch). Torque and vertical of the central incisor were e valuated cephalometrically before and after orthodontic retraction. All data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results: Experimental group:U1E-RL was decreased by 7.26mm, UICR-RL was decreased by 3.72mm, U1AP -RL was decreased by 1.23mm, U1E-PP was increased hy 0.49mm, U1CR-PP was decreased by 0.19ram, U1AP-PP was decreased by 0.25mm, U1-PP was decreased by 11.65% control group:U1E-RL was decreased by 6.18mm,UICR-RL was decreased hy 2.94ram, U1AP-RL was decreased by 0.47mm, UIE-PP was increased by 0.53mm,U1CR-PP was increased by 0.27mm, U1AP-PP was increased by 0.28mm, U1-PP was decreased by 16.31%. Conclusion: Micro-screw with segmental arch technique is efficient for en-masse retraction, torque and vertical position control of the central incisor.
