铈离子掺杂镍基铁氧体的制备及其吸波性能 被引量:8

Preparation and Microwave Absorption Performance of Cerium Ion Doped Nickel-based Ferrite

摘要 采用溶胶–凝胶法制备Ce3+掺杂镍基复合铁氧体NiCexFe2–xO4(x=0.02、0.04、0.06、0.08、0.10)粉体。用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、振动样品磁强计和矢量网络分析仪表征粉体的结构及电磁性能。结果表明:Ce3+掺杂量x≤0.06时,得到的粉体为纯净的尖晶石型铁氧体。在室温条件下,不同Ce3+掺杂量下得到的粉体均具有超顺磁性;当x=0.06时,粉体最大比饱和磁化强度为59.47 A.m2/kg。复介电常数实部ε′在x=0.08时最大,在x=0.04时最小,其虚部ε″在x=0.06时最大,在x=0.10时最小。Ce3+掺杂量的变化对样品复磁导率实部μ′影响不大,在2~6GHz频率范围内,随Ce3+掺杂量增大,样品的复磁导率虚部μ″先增大后减小,x=0.06时最大,x=0.10时最小。对掺杂前后样品的阻抗匹配和吸波性能进行了分析,掺杂后的匹配厚度降低了1.52mm,最小反射率降低了11.16dB,反射率小于–10dB时频带宽度增加了1.80GHz。Ce3+掺杂量x=0.06时可有效改善镍铁氧体的电磁波吸收性能。 The cerium ion doped nickel-based ferrite (NiCexFe2-xO4, x= 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, 0.10) powers were prepared by a sol-gel method. The structure and electromagnetic properties of the powders were characterized by X-ray diffxactometer, scanning electron microscope, vibrating sample magnetometer and vector network analyzer, respectively. The results show that the powder is a pure spinel ferrite when the doping amount of cerium x≤0.06. All the powders with different Ce3+ doping amounts exhibit super- paramagnetic, and the powder with the Ce3+ doping amount of 0.06 has a maximum saturation magnetization of 59.47 A.m2/kg at room temperature. The real part of the complex permittivity ε′ is maximum at the doping amount of 0.08, and becomes minimum at the doping amount of 0.04. The maximum imaginary part ε″ is obtained at the doping amount of 0.06 and the minimum ε″ is achieved at the doping amount of 0.10. The variation of the cerium doping amount has little effect on the real part of the complex permeability μ′ of samples. However, the imaginary part of complex permeability/μ″ firstly increases and then decreases with increasing the cerium doping amount in the range of 2-6 GHz. The analysis on the impedance matching and absorbing properties of the unintentional doped samples and the doped samples indicates that the matching thickness of the doped sample is reduced by 1.52 mm, its minimum reflec- tance is decreased by 11.16 dB, and the width of the band with the reflectance less than -10 dB is increased by 1.80 GHz. The elec- tromagnetic wave absorption properties of the nickel ferrite can be improved when x = 0.06.
