摘要
目的探讨卵巢癌中转录因子Pokemon的表达情况及意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测并比较30例卵巢癌癌组织及20例正常卵巢组织中Pokemon的表达情况,并分析Pokemon的表达与卵巢癌临床分期及组织分化程度的关系。采用蛋白免疫印记(Western blot)法检测10例卵巢癌及10例正常卵巢组织Pokemon的表达情况。结果通过免疫组化方法,有52.63%(19/30)的卵巢癌组织Pokemon呈阳性表达,正常卵巢组织Pokemon阳性表达为10%(2/20)(P<0.05),卵巢癌组织中Pokemon的阳性表达在不同临床期别组中无统计学差异(P>0.05),在不同分化程度组中无显著性差异(P>0.05),但分级越差,表达率有升高的趋势。Western blot法中,10例卵巢癌组织中有9例呈强阳性表达,而10例正常组织中仅1例呈强阳性表达,Pokemon在两种组织中的表达水平差异显著。结论 Pokemon在卵巢癌组织中存在高表达。
Objective To fnvestigate the expression and significance of transcription factor Pokemon in ovarian cancer. Methods Immunohistoehemical method was used to detect the expression of Pokemon in 30 cases of ovarian cancer and 20 cases of normal ovarian tissues, and the relationship between' the Pokemon expression and clinical stages and degree of differen- tiation in ovarian cancer was analyzed. Protein immunoblotting (Western blot) was used to de- tect the expression of Pokemon in 10 cases of ovarian cancer and 10 cases of normal ovarian tis- sue. Results With immunohistochemical methods, the expression of Pokemon was positive in 52.63% (19/30) of the ovarian cancer tissues, and in 10% (2/20) of normal ovarian tissues (P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference of positive Pokemon expression in different clinical stages of ovarian cancer tissues, and no significant difference was found in different his- tological grade groups (P 〈 0. 05 ). However, the tendency of higher expression rate was recor- ded with the poorer grading. With Western blot analysis, strong positive expression of Pokemon was found in 9 of 10 cases of ovarian cancer tissues while in only 1 of 10 cases of normal tissues strong positive expression of Pokemon was found, which was significantly different. Conclusion Pokemon is highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissues.
