摘要
变异黄芪是多年生有毒草本植物,能引发家畜毒草病,且分布广,为世界性毒草。研究发现,变异黄芪的毒性与其内含的苦马豆素有关,且该苦马豆素并非是植物自身产生,而是变异黄芪内生真菌的产物。结合近年国内外相关文献对变异黄芪的危害、分布概况、家畜中毒机理、中毒成分的相关研究和开发利用进行了综述,并对变异黄芪的利用前景进行了讨论。
Astragalus variabilis is a perennial poisonous herb, it can cause livestock toxic disease. This poisonous weed is widely distributed in the world. Many studies indicated that its toxicity is related to swainsonine in it, which is produced by endophytic fungi in Astragalus variabilis. Based on the recent re- searches on Astragalus variabilis, the present review focused on the research progress of its hazards, dis- tribution situation, livestock poisoning mechanism, and poisonous components of swainsonine. Mean- while, the prospect of utilization of the Astragalus variabilis was discussed.
