摘要
目的观察腹腔镜辅助下经阴道手术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法回顾分析腹腔镜辅助下经阴道手术治疗卵巢囊肿82例的临床资料。结果本组80例手术顺利,2例中转开腹。平均手术时间(37.5±16.1)mim,出血量(15.1±5.5)ml,无1例邻近脏器损伤。术后疼痛0级71例,Ⅰ级11例,均无需镇痛。术后恢复良好,1月后复诊,阴道切口愈合良好,无手术并发症。患者满意度为96.7%。结论在腹腔镜辅助下,为经阴道成功手术治疗卵巢囊肿提供了更广阔的视野和更清晰的操作空间,杜绝了误诊误治以及副损伤,保障了手术的安全性。又避免了腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿术中可能发生囊腔破裂,囊内容物污染盆腔的问题。
Objective Observing the effectiveness of the operation for ovary cyst through vagina under the laparoscope.Methods Analyzing the clinical date of 822 cases that have undergone the operation for ovary cyst through vagina under the laparoscope.Results 80 cases were operated on smoothly,while 2 cases through abdomen after the failure though the vagina.The average operating time was（37.5±16.1）min,the amount of hemorrhage was（15.1±5.5）ml;and there was no injury to the neighbour organs.The post-operation pains suffered by the 71 cases were degree 0,11 cases,degree 1,which were relieved without using the medicine.All the cases recovered well with healed incisions in the vaginas and no complications.96.7% of the cases were content with the results.Conclusion The laparoscope provides clearer vision and more spacious operating room for the gynaecologist,so that a successful operation can be ensured without misdiagnosis,mistreatment and side-injuries.Furthermore,the broken cyst and the pelvis cavity being polluted bu its content can be avoided.
