摘要
目的:探讨调心方对D-半乳糖合鹅膏覃酸所致大鼠痴呆模型的学习记忆及胆碱能系统的影响。方 法:用D-半乳糖皮下注射和鹅膏覃酸脑组织定向注射相结合诱导平AD大鼠模型,设立空白对照和西药THA对 照。分别用Y-电速路、放免方法,检测实验大鼠学习记忆、大脑皮质ChAT、AchE活性、M受体Rt值的变化及 调心方对其影响。结果:造模大鼠学习记忆下降,大脑皮质ChAT、AchE活性、M受体Rt值减少;调心方能上调 造模大鼠的上述改变,THA能改善AD大鼠学习记忆下降,增加大脑皮质AchE活性。结论:调心方能改善AD 大鼠学习记忆及提高中枢胆碱能功能,其作用机理与THA不同。
Objctive: to discuss the influence of tioxin Recipe on the abilities of learning and memory and cholinergic system in Alzheimer's rat models induced by injecting D-galactose and Ibotenic acid. Methods:Alzhiemer's rat models were induced by D-galactose and Ibotenic acid witch combined hyodemic D-galactose with intracere- bral incirectional injection Ibotenic acid.The rats were divided into blank comparison group and tacrine group. Through the methods of Y- electrical labyrinth and radiate immunity,the experimental rats were measured the abilities of leaning and memory, the activities of cerebrum cortes ChAT and AchE, the Rt cost changes of M recept. In the meantime, the influences of taoxin recipe on these index were observed. Recsults:to the model rats, the abilities of learning and memory were descended,the activities of cerebrum cortex ChAT and AchE were reduced, the Rt costs were also reduced ,Tiaoxin Recipe could up-adjust above these changes of model rats, tacrine could improve learning and memory increased the activities of cerebrum cortex AchE. conclusion:To the model rats, Tiaoxin recipe could improve learning and memoury, enhanced centrom cholinergic function. The mecha- nisms of Tiaoxin recipe were different to tacrine.
