摘要
为探索规范开展临床路径的管理办法,应用PDCA循环建立长效管理机制,对临床医师进行培训宣传,制定临床路径实施工作方案,对各临床科室开展路径情况进行分析,应用PDCA管理方法指导临床科室规范开展。通过一系列措施,临床医师主动开展临床路径工作的意识增强,开展病种逐步增加,诊疗行为不断得到规范,平均住院日降低,医院运行效率提高,医疗成本得到有效合理控制。
To investigate a management strategy for improving clinicians actively specification to carry out clinical path. We applied the PDCA （Plan, Do, Check, and Action） model to establish a long-term management mechanism for the quality management of clinical pathways. The components of the management model included providing educational program for medical staff, establishing work program of clinical path, analyzing implementation of the clinical pathway, guiding clinical norms to carry out clinical pathway from a management perspective. These efforts resulted in a universal improvement in the awareness of initiate clinical pathways by medical staff, the amount of clinical path was gradually increased, the clinic behavior continue to be regulated, the average days of hospitalization was cut down, hospital operating efficiency was improved, medical costs were effectively controlled.
