摘要
目的 比较肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的传统手术与 AO技术的手术方法及疗效。方法 选择 2 3例肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折按 AO/ ASIF分类均为 C3型 ,其中 10例采用传统的手术治疗 ,13例采用 AO技术手术治疗。结果 平均随访时间 1年 ,传统手术治疗肘关节功能的优良率为 2 0 % ,AO技术治疗的优良率为 85 %。结论 AO技术治疗
Objective To compare operative procedures and outcomes of for traditional operation with AO technique burst humeral inter condylar fracture.Methods Burst humeral intercondylar fractures of 23 cases were all classified into C 3 according to AO/ASIF.10 of them were treated by traditional operation and 13 by AO technique.Results Average follow up period was 1 year.The rate of excellent or good elbow function was 20% in traditional operative group and 85% in AO technique group.Conclusion AO technique is much more effective than traditional operation for treatment of burst humeral inter condylar fracture. [
