摘要
目的 探讨甲状腺功能亢进手术病人术后并发症的发生原因和预防措施。方法 回顾总结 1979年 1月至 1998年 12月间 1437例甲状腺次全切除术的临床资料。结果 术后出现并发症 6例 ,占 0 .42 % ,复发 15例 ,占 1.0 4%。结论 严格作好术前准备 ,术中操作轻柔 ,彻底止血 ,囊内结扎甲状腺上、下极血管 ,并根据临床中毒症状、病程长短、年龄、腺体的大小决定保留腺体的量 ,有助于进一步减少并发症 。
Objective To evaluate the causes of postoperative complications and preventive measures for the patients suffered from hyperthyroidism.Methods We retrospectively analysed the clinical data and postoperative complication of the 1437 patients treated with subtotal thyroidectomy from January 1979 to December 1998.Results 1416 cases were cured by operation,15 cases(1.04%) recurred postoperatively,6 cases(0.42%) appeared with postoperative complications.Conclusions If we make carefull preoperative preparations,operate softly,ligate the bleeding vessels,and at the same time keep the proper remains the thyroid gland according to the clinical intoxic state,sick period,patient's age,the size of the thyroid gland,it will decrease the complication and improve the cure rate.
