多发创伤后垂体功能和甲状腺素改变及临床意义

摘要 目的 探讨多发创伤后甲状腺和垂体功能的变化及意义。方法 应用放射免疫分析检测 40例多发创伤病人血清甲状腺激素 (T3、T4)和垂体前叶激素 (TSH、GH、PRL )的变化。结果 多发创伤后急性期血清 T3、TSH明显下降 ,PRL 明显升高 ,并发现这些激素的变化程度与病情轻重的密切关系 ,即 ISS分值与 T3、TSH呈负相关 ,与 PRL呈正相关。 Objective To discuss the functional changes of pituitary and thyroid in the patients after multiple injuries.Method By using irradiate immunization assay, we found the changes of thyroid hormone (T 3,T 4)and anterior pituitary hormone (TSH,GH,PRL)in the blood from 40 patients with multiple injuries.Results In the acute stage of multiple trauma,a distinct drop of T 3、TSH,and a marked rise of PRL,were observed and the changes were closely related to the severity of the illness. In other words,ISS scale was negatively related,while PRL was positively.Conclusion We found obvious changes of the thyroid hormone level and the function of anterior pituitary after multiple injuries.
