应用rhBMP-2行脊柱后侧方固定的研究

摘要 目的:探讨应用rhBMP-2(重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2)行脊柱后侧方固定的可能性.方法:用rhBMP-2与PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)制成复合物,注入28只白兔右L4/5水平横突间肌肉中,对侧单独注入PVP作为对照,分别在2、4、6和8周取材,作X线、组织形态学、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及电镜检测.结果:rhBMP-2PVP复合物具有良好的骨诱导活性,新生骨在横空间可完全愈合.结论:作者认为应用rhBMP-2能够完成脊柱后侧方固定,复合物可望在临床上应用于脊柱后侧方固定. Objective: To study the possibility of spinal fussion with rhBMP-2 (Recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2). Methods: The compounds containing 1mg rhBMP and PVP were injected into the muscle between right L4/5 transverse process of rabbit. PVP was respectively injected into the opposite site as controls. The samples were obtained in 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks, and were observed with X-ray, histomorphological and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activities. Results: The compounds possessed osteo-inductive potential. The new bone formation could get osseous tissue healing between the transverse process. Conclusion: The spinal posterolateral fussion could be achieved by rhBMP2/PVP and the compounds could be used in clinic.
