改良预激方案治疗难治性白血病疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的探索改良方案治疗难治性白血病的有效性。方法运用延长的CHAG方案治疗7例难治性急性髓系白血病，观察疗效及患者不良反应。结果用延长的CHAG方案治疗7例难治性急性髓系白血病患者，6例获完全缓解，1例未缓解；3例死亡，4例生存，其中2例生存时间大于1年。未出现严重感染、脏器功能受损及治疗相关死亡。结论CHAG方案能够提高难治性急性髓系白血病患者的缓解率，对于难治白血病患者可作为一个有效的选择。
