摘要
目的提高对浆母细胞淋巴瘤（PBL）诊断及治疗的认识。方法回顾分析2例PBL患者的临床资料，并复习相关文献。结果1例患者治疗获短期缓解后复发死亡，另1例患者仍维持完全缓解。结论PBL是一种高度侵袭性淋巴瘤，对R．CHOP方案敏感，但维持患者长期缓解及治愈的有效措施有待探讨。
