摘要
为研究炮制对桑枝化学成分的影响 ,对炮制前后桑枝中总黄酮的含量进行了测定。结果表明 ,桑枝与炒桑枝的薄层色谱基本一致 。
To study the effect of processing Ramlus Mori on chemical composition, the content determination of flavonoids in Ramlus Mori was carried out before and after processing. As a result, it was proved that Ramlus Morie was fundamentally identical with the processed Ramlus Morie by thinlayer chromatography. After being processed the Flavonoids content in Ramlus Mori decreased.
