摘要
目的:探讨激光联合自体角膜缘干细胞、羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法:选择复发性翼状胬肉30例(32眼),进行复发性翼状胬肉切除,取患眼或对侧眼自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合羊膜移植,术后激光治疗并随访0.5～2.0年。结果:30例(32眼)植片均存活,随访期间1例1只眼翼状胬肉复发。结论:激光联合自体角膜缘干细胞、羊膜移植是一种安全、有效治疗复发性翼状胬肉的手术方法。
Objective： To discuss the effect of laser combined with limbal stem cell and amniotic membrane transplantation （AMT） on recurrent pterygium. Methods： 30 patients （32 eyes） with recurrent pterygium were selected and performed excision. The diseased eyes or the autologous lim- bal stem cells of the contralateral eyes were taken to transplant combined with AMT, patients were performed laser treatment after surgeries and followed up from half a year till 2 years. Results. The corneal grafts of 32 eyes in 30 patients were all survived. One case （1 eye） recurred during the peri- od of followup. Conclusion： Laser combined with limbal stem cell and AMT on recurrent pterygi- um is a safe, effective surgical method.
