摘要
目的方法 :通过对分离Adr型HBV全基因转基因小鼠的脾脏淋巴细胞和树突状细胞 ,并研究其对ConA ,HBeAg ,ConA +HBeAg刺激的应答能力。结果 :发现HBV转基因小鼠对ConA的应答基本正常 ,但对HBeAg ,ConA +HBeAg的应答明显低于对照组 ,说明HBV转基因小鼠DC和T细胞对HBV存在特异性的免疫耐受。
Objective: To investigate the function of dendritic cell and T lymphocytes of the Adr type hepatitis B Virus (HBV) transgenic mice. Methods: Isolating the dendritic cells and lymphocytes from spleen of hepatitis B Virus (HBV) transgenic mice, and study the responsing level after stimulating with the ConA, HBeAg, ConA+HBeAg respectively. Results: The responsing function of the dendritic cells and T lymphocytes of hepatitis B Virus (HBV) transgenic mice is normal when it stimulated by ConA, but its function is lower when it stimulated by HBeAg, ConA+HBeAg. Conclusions: The dendritic cells and T lymphocytes may tolerate to the HBV in the hepatitis B Virus (HBV) transgenic mice.
