摘要
目的探讨思美泰联合复方丹参治疗重度黄疸型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法选择2009年1月至2012年6月在我院传染科收住的重度黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者158例,随机分为两组,思美泰联合复方丹参治疗组(联治组)83例和单用复方丹参治疗组(对照组)75例,分别进行2种不同治疗方法的疗效比较,并对疗效结果进行统计分析。结果 (1)联治组患者的各方面临床症状及生化指标恢复正常时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。(2)两组肝功能各项指标治疗后较治疗前均有大幅下降,下降后的各项指标联治组较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义。尤其从胆红素方面看肝功能指标,两组治疗均有效果,但联治组的效果好于对照组。(3)联合治疗组总有效率为97.6%,明显高于对照组的90.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论思美泰联合复方丹参注射液在基本护肝治疗的基础上,治疗黄疸型病毒性肝炎时可起到协同作用,效果明显好于单用复方丹参注射液。治疗效果佳且起效快,并且联用后的不良反应发生率较对照组差异无统计学意义,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore Si Mattel combined with compound salvia miltiorrhiza clinical efficacy for the treatment of Severe icteric viral hepatitis.Methods 158 cases of viral hepatitis in patients with severe jaundice admitted in Department of Infectious Diseases in January 2009-2012 in June 83 cases were randomly divided into two groups,Si Mattel combined with compound salvia miltiorrhiza and single with salvia miltiorrhiza treatment group（control group） 75 cases,2 different treatment methods were compared and efficacy results of the statistical analysis.Results ⑴Clinical symptoms and biochemical parameters associated governance patients resume normal time were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant.⑵Two groups of liver function indicators after treatment than before treatment show significant decline,the indicators associated decline treatment group compared with the control group lower,the differences were statistically significant.Indicators of liver function,especially from bilirubin treatment in both groups had the effect,but the effect of the associated governance group better than the control group.⑶Combination therapy group,the total effective rate was 97.6%,significantly higher than 90.7%,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions Si Mattel combined with compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection on the basis of the basic routine therapy,the treatment of jaundice,viral hepatitis can play a synergistic effect is better than single-use salvia miltiorrhiza injection.Treatment effect and rapid onset,and is associated with the incidence of adverse reactions compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant,worthy of promotion.
