摘要
目的 探讨儿童精神分裂症的临床特点及预后。方法 采用回顾性调查 ,对符合CCMD- 2 - R诊断标准的 72例的临床资料进行分析 ,并作 3～ 8年的随访。结果 儿童精神分裂症的思维内容单调贫乏 ,幻觉妄想不明显 ,临床上以情绪和行为活动改变为主 ,疗效较为满意 ,预后较良好。结论 儿童精神分裂症有其自身的临床特征 。
Objective To probe the clinical feature and the prognosis of children with schizophrenia.Methods 72 children with schizophrenia accord with CCMD-2-R critria were studied ertrospetively.They were followed up for three to eight years and their clincal data were analysed.Results The content of thought in children with schizophrenia is monotonous and poor and the delusion of hallucination is not obvious.The change of emotion and behavior activity are main manifestation clinically.The therapetic effect is satisfied and the prognosis is fine.Conchusion Children with schizophrenia has their own clinical features.The therapeutic efect and the prognosis are better than past.
