摘要
目的 探讨脑血管性痴呆智商与 P30 0之间的关系。方法 对 32例脑血管性痴呆患者和 30例健康者进行韦氏智力测验和 P30 0测定 ,并将两组结果进行比较。结果 痴呆组P30 0异常率为 75% ,P30 0各波 (P2、N2 ,P3)潜伏期及 P3波幅 ,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异。结论 P30 0与智商有一定平行关系 。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the results of full intelligence quotient(FIQ) and P300 test on a group of vascular dementia(VD)patients.Methods 32 patients and 30 adults were studied by intelligence quotient and P300 test.The results of two groups were compared.Results the abnormal rate of P300 was 75% in patients with VD.P300(P2,N2,P3) peak latency and P3 amplitude were significantly different with the control group(P<0.05,P< 0.01 ).Conclusions There was a parallel relationship between P300 and FIQ.Combine P300 and FIQ play a impatient role in the diagnosis of VD.
