摘要
企业价值评价是评价企业绩效、指导企业管理、提升企业竞争能力的有效手段。本文提出了一个基于财务信息的企业价值评价信息系统,并描述了该信息系统的体系架构和实现机制,强调专家知识库的推理和导航设计及基于财务信息的价值评价模型的研究。
Enterprise evaluation is to assess corporate performance,to guide enterprise management,effec tive means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,We proposed the enterprise evalu ation information system based on the financial information,and described the information system archi tecture and implementation mechanism.We set up the expert knowledge base reasoning and navigation design and the value evaluation model based on the financial information.
