摘要
科技园区是世界许多国家特别是西方发达国家发展高科技及其产业的重要模式。本文以世界主要科技园区的成功经验和范例 ,分别从区位环境和地理位置 ,服务体系以及孵化器与创业中心功能等三个角度阐述了其成功的要素 ,旨在为我国高科技开发区向科技园区的二次创业提供借签。
Science and technology parks are the important patterns for developing high-tech and high-tech industry in many countries in the world,especially in the developed western countries. Taking for examples thesuccessful experiences of the leading science and technology parks in theworld , this article expounds the elements for success from three parts: theregional environment and geographical position ; the servicing systems ; andthe incubator and business creation centers in order to provide references forthe second business creation in turning our country's high-tech developmentareas into science and technology parks.
